at the opening meet on 19.06.2006 in amasya,we have seen that for he preparation of adjudication file,noticity and the proceture of buying like the time that should be given to the people who will propose,we need longer time.the project duration that we decided before is likely not to be enought to fulfill the acticities during this time.therefore,we demand for fifteen monts.
